You would have to use Michael C. Hall of course - he is the part. Deadwood would be another good one - Ian McShane is wonderful, it would be nice to see him reprise "Lovejoy" as well - love that show!!
"Pushing Daisies", "Arrested Development" and a really good update of "Dark Shadows" would all make great movies.
I would love to see a Seinfeld movie!!!!
A current show that I'd love to see on the big screen is Criminal Minds. An epic feature film where Gideon (Mandy Patinkin) had to come back/face his demons would be awesome.
I would love to see Angel on the bigscreen; they did a graphic novel that continues from the series finale, but it's the type of show that would do well with a bigger budget full length movie.

I'd love to see a movie version of Misfits of Science! Does anyone else remember this show? With the current mania for movies about people with special powers, making this show into a movie would be right on the money. Plus, the characters and the themes are awesome, so it could be a great film, with actual depth (like the new Star Trek film).
