Might I also add. Seneter Tester is amazing he really does work for the "small guys" one of our companies did a job for border control housing here in MT. After a year of receiving no payment on a job completed we contaced his office for some "support." In no time his office was on it and he made sure that we got paid... We are a small company and with us not recieving any "stimulas package" it's been tough Thank you Tester for being on our side and we hope that you continue to keep fighting for Small mt companies like ours.

This is very simple why is this even in discussion? My husband and brother own 2 companies in MT. This last year we had to lay off almost our entire work force and make extreme cut backs in both companies. MT doesn't have any huge corps that recieved "stimulis money" Mt is a small business state with out our small businesses there is no MT. We deserve the right to get these jobs and get our communities back up and running and get our people back to work. If we give these jobs away to outside companies well then we can kiss our money good bye.. I say give our small companies a chance.

I voted no, only because - depending on the job - there may not be a qualified Montana contractor. However, whenever possible, Montana contractors SHOULD be hired for instate "stimulus" jobs, either as the main contractor or as a sub-contractor.

When I read the paper this morning my suspicions became reality. I assumed this would happen. Thank You Senator Tester. This is usually what happens & it is a real shame, as the people of Montana need the work badly!!!!!!
I just hope Senator Tester keeps a real close eye on this.

We need the money in Montana. My husband works for a construction company and has been off work since October. Is Montana ready to increase it's unemployment benefits? Keep Montana jobs in Montana.

I misread the question... my "no" vote really should have been a "yes" vote!
