What noise level would you like to have in the library?
Whisper! Otherwise I cannot work/read. There are signs and it should be enforced.
Quiet! I like to talk quietly to my friends, without disturbing the others
Music! There should be some soothing music on in the library at all times
No noise control! It will just regulate itself.
