The bar is very accommodating.with a person's schedule. and the questionnaire Mr Kelly filled out is on line and the bar checked his references and checked with the judges he said he tried cases in front of.. Still got NOT qualified
Look at all the ratings, candidates answers etc at votingforjudges.org.. look at his video. Notice the muni league gave him"adequate" and the KCBA not qualified..He did receive any rating from other raters. Look at his responses to the questions. The TImes does not even say.. watch fior him in the future//-- He has NO endorsements at all and not one decent rating... Judge Ellington is well respected by conservatives, liberals, defense atttorneys, prosecutors, Dems, Repubs, Independents, plaintiffs' and defense attorneys and judges, and by many citizens. You choose the best
