The Provost skatepark was recently vandalized again. Should it be closed to the public until the offender(s) is caught?

Back when we were kids stuff like this was never thought of, thinking of the punishment alone would send shivers up are spines. As we got older and tried to bend the rules and we usually got caught there was always some sort of sacrafice made. This rule was always in place at school and in the community. Where has it all gone? There is no respect anymore for anything or anyone and if someone is now caught heaven forbid it be their own child. Their darlings would never do such a thing.
I'm sure there was more issues with that skate park then we know.

The funny thing about closing down the skatepark to the people that use it, hardly seems fair. I would think that it is highly unlikely, the people that utilize the skate park, are the ones that are defacing it. Buy a camera, put it on a nearby building, i think theres a few, watch tape if necessary. Sometimes a warning is more effective than anything else.
