T-Mobile has Americans that actually answer the phone. I have worked at AT&T and man what a mad house bringing up U-Verse....Top rates person 4 over 400 folks but the abuse and the folks that work there ran me off. I ain't a mushroom either and nights and weekends are not the only time I grow. I tried them twice though because like everyone else I need a J O B but promises are never done there unless you sleep with the boss. Guess the Union can't fix everything and contractors get the worst of it. I think giving someone something for free does not make up for their time U waste. I was amazed they are still doing business as usual. I was told hey DSL was this bad when we first started it also but I guess they learned nothing from that. They didn't even know they had no way of pinging a fiber router when I got there and that's what feeds it all! Owe yea IP SEC was killed 2 because U-Verse can't do it so lots of folks lost their VPN's and their J O B's ...but no worries we will give you free service right? Even though it took over 2 weeks to get DSL back if at all! N O CS skills.

TMobile has more subscribers because they are a pretty good service and have the cheapest rates! NICE.. (At&T tuy here myself)

I use Metro PCS because I don't have to have a contract and I can get everything unlimited for a lot less money than other carriers offer. The service is good in my area, I had a few dropped calls the first couple of months with Metro but that was over a year ago. It didn't bother me because I could always call back. I don't travel so Metro is great for me. Since the first few months I had Metro, the service has improved and so have the perks Metro is offering for a mere $45-50.00 monthly. I am looking forward to the new phones and service Metro will be offering later this year.

The only bad thing about Metro currently, is the fact most phones besides the Finesse and Code do not have a windows based browser, therefor there is no java and some websites are either unviewable or one cannot post to them. Unless of course you have one of the aforementioned phones that I do not have. I shall stick it out to the end of the year and see what other phones they will offer with the new network they are going to roll out.

A lot of people complain that Metro phones are expensive, but if you do the math you will find with Sprint's new 69.00 plan with taxes, you will be paying aprox. 30.00 more a month, and within a year have paid out over 300.00. With a 2 yr contract, you are basically buying the phone you choose at least twice!

Metro is great if you don't travel far from home base, but they are expanding coverage.

I have had Sprint service for the past 8 years, primarily because they offer the best value in phones, plans, and coverage for my family, for the way we use our phones. I've lived in several areas of the US during this time, traveled the states quite a bit, and almost never had connection/clarity issues.

Service has never been an issue for me; I usually do all my business with them online, and rarely have I ever gone into a Sprint store -- just no need to do that. I even do all the research for plans and phones online (go phonedog!), so feel very comfortable ordering phones online (though I might go somewhere for a hands-on this time).

On the occasions that I've actually called, I've always had my issues resolved during that call. Call me lucky -- guess I just have no basis for understanding others' complaints with Sprint.

The phones we have upgraded to have steadily become more feature-rich, such that this time, we are all going with phones as minor replacements for our computers. Now we can all be connected all the time, wherever we are -- that's amazing and wonderful to me.

And, nope -- I don't work for Sprint... Just an uncommonly happy customer. :D

I use tmobile because I like their service. I never have problems and I find the edge network works better than verizon or at&t. I like the phones they offer too.

Sprint is my network, T-mobile used to be my network but there service is spotty in my neck of the woods (Brooklyn).

T-mobile is my network carrier. I thought it was the cheapest one until they kept talking about the "great deals". But I don't regret choosing T-mobile.
