Where do you stand on end-of-life choices?

Not sure.

I haven’t thought about it but probably should.

I’ve made my wishes clear in conversation and have provided my next-of-kin or guardian with a written legal directive.

I’ve told people what I want, but that’s about it.

The less said, the better.
