I had a long time friendship in which neither of us were attracted to the other. We had fun doing things together. He would tell me the tipe of women he was attracted to short and petite neither of which I was. I liked them taller than me and he was shorter. He had made some comments of a girl he liked at the church he was going to and within 2 months of that (I believe is the timing) I could no longer get ahold of him and he no longer called. I can only assume that the other girl was threaten by our friendship. Which is so sad I would of loved to have met her and welcomed her. I wanted the best for my friend and I knew that he longed for someone to love. It has been years even possibly more than a decade since we last spoke he was like a member of the family and he doesn't even know that dad died nearly 2 1/2 years ago and mom is dieing of cancer right now. Oh, well if he married this girl, his first priority is to her and her feelings. And I would never want him to do anything that would not be putting her first. What God has knit together let no man put assunder. I wish them well and all of God's blessings in their marriage and their lives.
