In my state-WI-if he acted the way he did behind the wheel of a car-recklass and arrogant-we would call it vehicular homicide-and in this guys case-we'ld throw in leaving the scene of an accident. This is guy is an affront to all of us who practice a native american tradition in a respectful and commpassionate way. I'ld give him 10 years.
