TEAM EDWARD all the way and I will be forever. I agree with evrybody here. There would be no Twilight Saga without Rob playing Edward. These people who are switching to Taylor just because of his body are so freakin shallow. What happens when Jacob is no longer in the picture. Is summit still going to play J/B relationship up. PLEASE!! I think they made a big mistake down playing E/B chemistry in New Moon and if they do that in Eclipse, I gaurantee you all I won't be in line at the cinema to see it.

I had just read the new moon book the week the film came out so i had a fresh approach to it. Althought there was a lot less of Edward in the book and film in presense, he was still there always there. Both the book and film manage to keep the love story running along side all the warewolf drama's.I nearly cried when i saw Edward finaly in Italy scene, It was so dramatic when it all switched to him it made jacob seem smaller in comparison..I felt truely upset when it showed Bella screaming in the middle of the night, I really felt her pain. I almost swayed to team jacob due to the fact he hadn't put her through that much pain, but when Bella and Edward finaly come together again it all fell into place, her hurting just made her need him that much more..Epic true genuine love story with amazing actors that capture true love its best..GOD BLESS TWILIGHT AND THE ACTORS X

TEAM EDWARD!! Are they waiting on this poll for team jacob to win? to show the movie had some sort of changing effect? (more like whether taylors shirtless scenes had a changing effect! LOL!) The fact that fans are still voting for team Edward shows TRUE FANS OF THE BOOKS!!! The movie shouldn't change peoples opinions of whats already written in the books! and clearly for most it hasn't changed their opinions because we understand and love the characters as written in the books!

TEAM EDWARD! Without Edward and Bella's intense love story there is NO TWIILIGHT PHENOMENON! Not even Taylors abs could have created such a phenomenon! And not even Taylors many shirtless scenes and frequent on-screen time in New Moon could change my opinion of Team Edward! The movies VISUALISE the book characters but in NM it's obvious they made Jacob's character come across as a nicer person than what he is in the books! Not even that changed my mind! TEAM EDWARD!

TEAM EDWARD all through out the saga.. team jacob fans are just lusting with taylor's abs.. other than that Edward is the best guy.. whatever other teams say.. Edward Cullen is the ONLY reason why the book and movies became a phenomenon..

It's quite obvious that this poll is designed to force a particular result. Ironic then, isn't it, that there are apparently more Team Edward votes than before?
Jumping ship because of a movie adaptation - not even new source material - is ridiculous, but then again, Twilight fans have proven themselves to be fickle creatures.
And I honestly don't see why Bella has to be a strong role model. Edward and Jacob are flawed characters. So is Bella. None of them were written as role models to Stephenie's readers.

I voted for Edward cuz Jacob is too young and he would probably do anything Bella can ask him to do. Ed first thinks about what is right for her. Jacob would've bitten her once she asked him to. Edward is more interesting for her. But their relationships are constant drama. Actually she is stuck between two devils.
But Pattinson's hero needs more passion. He's thirsty for her, so why doesn't he show it? The first part was way more hypnotizing with the chemistry between Bella and Edward and with the fight inside Edward's soul. And Bella should've cried at least once in the movie. PATTINSON, READ IT AND NOTE IT!!!!

TEAM EDWARD! The most special thing about Edwards character is that there is no Edward in reality! The world is lacking of Edwards! lol! A handsome, selfless, loving, caring, decent oldfashioned gentleman is rare to find in this world! There is waaay too many Jacobs in reality! The world is littered with Jacobs! Muscly hot tempered selfish rude guys! TEAM EDWARD FOR SURE! FOR EVER! LOL!

Definitely TEAM EDWARD! Taylors abs and muscles did not make me change my mind! Its the way the characters are described in the book that matters! They can make Jacob seem like a sweet guy in the movies but the book has already written the facts! The fact is that Edward and Jacob are equal on being a danger to Bella but Edward is always able to control himself Jacob looses it more than twice in front of her. All of Edward's decisions are based on whats best for Bella. Jacob only cares about trying to make Bella love him because he loves her. Jacob does not think about what makes Bella truly happy!

TEAM EDWARD! I agree they sugar coated Jacob's character in the movie! Edward and Jacob are complete opposites! Edward is selfless - Despite loving her he goes away to keep her safe which is what he thought, he returns and tells Bella if she wants to be with Jacob its ok and probably safer than him Jacob is selfish! He loves Bella, and he knows Bella loves Edward but he still forces himself on her and tries to make her love him back if he were selfless he would let her be happy with whom she truly and clearly loves!!! Edward is a gentleman Jacob is a hot tempered rude dog!

I'm COMPLETELY team Jacob, and I have been since I read the books. He is sweet, caring, and would never try to keep bella from doing what she wants, as long as he can be there to protect her. In my opinion, Taylor Lautner is, and always will be Jacob, not because of his 'abs', but because he plays the role true to the book. I frankly cannot understand why everyone has to get so territorial about 'Team Edward' vs. 'Team Jacob'. They are both great guys, for their own reasons, and BOTH certainly have their flaws. And also, to Jared- you might think that there is nothing exciting about Jake, but the same can be said about Edward. He is TOO over-protective, and nothing fun ever happens with him. At least Jake has a sense of humor.

This is such a dumb poll cuz #1 melissa rosenburg makes jacob out to be nicer than he really is. Taylor plays a good version of jacob but nobody can play the jacob from the book. You would have to be much taller and act much different than taylor. Even when taylor is trying to be mean, i think it comes off as nice to me. After watching new moon 5 times, i realized how bored i still was witch jacob's character. There is nothing exciting about him at all. Team edward is the only real team. And these polls mean nothing cuz not every fan is gonna vote here. Also, you dont make a decision on what team u are based on what guy u liked better in the film. Next film, girls that switched to taylor are gonna be right back to rob. You should direct your poll to what team u are based on the books cuz the books is where its at. Rosenburg trys to make jacob seem like a really good guy in new moon cuz she wants to get the love triangle going, but she needs to learn to stick more to the book. And rob better not be so depressing in the next film.
