Website ini menurut saya hanya bisa "menenangkan", tapi sebenarnya tidak "solutif". Jika ada pertanyaan, jawabannya serba diharuskan untuk periksa ke dokter THT. Sehingga menurut saya, buat saja website yang isinya hanya "Jika anda mengalami masalah THT, segera periksa ke dokter", tanpa ada embel-embel lain/layanan konsultasi. Karena jawabannya akan sama saja.
Kecuali, mungkin, admin memang sengaja menjawab diplomatis untuk segera periksa ke dokter dengan maksud mengedukasi masyarakat supaya punya pikiran "Makanya itu, kalo ada masalah segera ke dokter, bukan ke website dokter". Kalau sudah seperti itu, saya malah terimakasih sama website ini. Hehe..

Pada dasarny hanya membahas garis besarny saja tidak sampai akar permasalahan dan cara penanggulangannya.
This website is extremely useful. the doctor willingly helps to answer any question that patients hardly ask to their own doctors, or perhaps they forgot to ask it. It's a very recommended website. Nice to know that there is still any doctor who cares about people questions due to their illness outside the examination room.
