Well, you know I love Simon to bits. But my second, was Daniel and you know who. Daniel was revealed in layers to be my new favourite leading man in this last book. Because I learned more about him, and knew some of his past, it was that much more satisfying to see him in a relationship. Would have loved to know more of Simon's foundations.
Glad to have met Daniel (isn't he a great blend of his mother and father? truly?)

Very tough one! I really liked Hannah's awakening as a young woman with Strikes the Sky. Plus, I liked the whole connection with the one side of her ethnic identity.
But, Luke/Jennet is a very close second for me. Spoiler - I really loved how they read her letter to Hannah about his arrival in Scotland. Very nice touch to bring us back to their beginnings. Plus, since she was always the one telling stories when someone was in pain, it was nice for her to tell herself a story!

I almost had to flip a coin between Hannah & Ben and Jennet and Luke... just so you know... I don't like seeing there figures so low :-(
