I voted for Dean because, in my opinion, he is the best thing about Supernatural; however, Castiel would come in second.
There has been a serious lack of Dean-Castiel scenes in this Season 5 and I hope that gets modified and we get some in-depth, serious stuff between them. Jensen Ackles and Misha Collins have some great on-screen chemistry.

I voted for Misha/Castiel, though pitting him again Jensen/Dean is kind of ridiculous. They're both insane amounts of hot, but Jensen clearly has more fans so he's gonna win. Not saying he shouldn't win, but the fan bases will decide this contest, not who's actually hotter.
I obviously vote for Cas but I love them both. And, realistically, Dean has more fans. And deserves them. :) It's good enough if Cas gets 25% of the votes, still means lots of ppl love him.
In short, it's not a shame to lose against Dean Winchester. :)
