I thought of another reason to choose the miniature golf activity. Of all the activities listed, the miniature gof one appeals to ALL ages. All the others have a limited appeal to a particular age group. I can imagine a family with different age children bringing Grandma and Grandpa down for a round of mini-golf. What better activity to include the entire family.
I think Miniature Golf would bring families down and that's what would keep the downtown area vibrant.
