NICE JOB ESTABLISHING HOME COURT C's!! NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looks like the SPURS are the ones turning it up for the playoff run. Celts look like the Same Old Celt's of a month ago when playing upperechelon teams. In other words gettin their Ass Kicked in the second half. 50-30 in this case. Actually even brings back memories of the Pierce / Walker Celt's of a few years back who had the rep "Can't Hold a Lead".

Geez what's up Celtics. Can't use the we're getting old line here. San Antonio's about as odl as they get!!

Ray allen is cute, and he is really good, he has speed, good eye cordnation, he is a good shooter, he is just good in all. i think Ray Allen, Nate Robinson, Marquis Daniels, Kevin Garnett, And Paul Perirce should start in a game, and we can see wat would happen

  • Tia - 14 years ago

i think that marquis daniels and nate robinson is the two best players on the team. Nate can kill some 3's and he is ust so athetic and stuff

and marquis is great on defense, i think he is the best defensive player on the team, he needs more playin time

so does nate. together they would beast

  • paul pierce is so good - 14 years ago

yo how come none of u talk talk about pierce+
dont count the tah game then pierce got 27+ points a game and he rarley played that game and nate robinson beenn getin hot on his threes and so s michael finley some airballs but better then he was with spurs

Nate Robinson has been really explosive. One game he went five-for-six on threes, which can be a big factor in the playoffs.

Finley and Sheed bring a veteran knowledge of when to foul, and a high basketball IQ.

Marquis is versatile, can play forward or guard, and has Finals experience.

Big Baby has a powerful rebounding ability.

    And there's an overview!

Marquis Daniels needs to be the big reserve. He needs to be the next big scorer behind Paul Pierce. It would help the whole team out if the C's could have another top notch scorer to come off the bench and replace Paul Pierce for subs. I think that he is the key for Celtics to make a big playoff run

the celtics have a very good bench thet just hasnt hit there streak yet but nate, finley, and glen davis has so i think the Cs have to get them involved com playoff time on the other hand we have the decent players on the bench like marquis and scal and then we have horrible players well maybe not horrible but not good enough like RESHEED and i dont know about tony allen i mean for being teribble in some games and a big pain in the butt and hes been very good lately i dont even know anymore so yeah hes an odd basketball player and is very streaky but the starters are the bomb except kg he use to before he hurt his knee i hope he gets better in a hurry cause when hes not hurt hes amazing and we need him in the playoffs very badly ....anyways go celtics and those guys in the playoffs dont have a chance against are SHAMROCK SHOT

I love watching the celtics play they are a great team. I think that Nate and glen are the biggest threat come play-off time

The Reality is Wallace has been a huge disappointment.
    His shot selection is horrible..
He never thinks to rotate the ball even when he has just missed has last two threes.
He is too slow to defend the younger and quicker bigs,

    Daniels is another major disappointment.
His outside shot is inconsistent and he does not finish around the rim.
He's no threat from the three point line and is a fair defender...

Baby is the key,,, yet he needs to play with KG and Perk,,, Having him play with sheed is a waste of time..
Honestly, I like Sheldon Williams energy and Rebouding over Sheed..
I love Tony and what he can do off the dribble... Other than Pierce, who else can get to the rock?
Tony has the fastes first step,,, and he can defend....Less Sheed, more Tony and Sheldon, we need youth, not rockingchairs to compete with orlando and the cavs.

Nate is a wild card. Who knows what we will get. The problem is playing time.
Doc is not givng the kid enough time...
Rondo needs more rest, more time to think out his terrible decison making when he forces the issue instead of being satisfied with the simple play, and also needs to understand shooting 58 percent at the free throw line is not acceptable

    .

Now we have the Baby....He is great.. Think how much better he would be if he was playing with KG or Perk..
Playing with Sheed is a huge disavantage.. Listen up Doc, Baby needs more PT

Too much in love with Rondo.
Rndo needs to sit more, take a break, and think about being a type of point guard who will be satisfied making the simple play, and making a higher free throw percentage

to get any sort of rhythem established. I think he should play more and Rondo indeed needs more rest.
    I like Nate and

Michael Finley has been a breath of fresh air.
    He can still shoot...
He can shoot from anywhere, in particular the three point area.
His problem is age, defense, and conditioning.
The good news is you can spot play him for three to five minutes.
He will help us out and we are very fortunate to have him!!

Glen Davis is the most consistent player off the bench for the Celtic's. He brings it every night with his hustle and you just cannot replace a player that looks forward to getting into the paint and pushing people around.

  • Holly - 14 years ago

Glen Davis definately is the most consistent scorer, rebounder and defensive big off the bench.

  • john - 14 years ago

i believe that nate robinson will step up big whenevr the celts need him 2. Hes got great tallent and im glad we picked him up.

  • Edmar Aseberos - 14 years ago

It's hard to choose among the 5 big reserves because they are doing pretty good. I hope SHeed will control his Temper when playing that game because that would affect the performance of the team. I'm glad that Michael Finley and Nate Robinson contributed well with good spices. But hey hey! you forgot to mentioned Tony Allen...he is a tough player as well.

  • Jennifer Edwards - 14 years ago

Rasheed has been playing for them longer he knows what hes doing hes going to be a key player

  • ray ray - 14 years ago

    ur all screwed

  • TOlly James Jr - 14 years ago

I agree that GLen Davis has stepped it up and seems to be playing with hunger and something to prove. Although he is playing the best, there is a great need for nate and michael to add scoring punch with the second unit and hopefully playoff time, rasheed will be more effective.

Glen Davis of late has become an offensive rebounding monster. If this trend continues he definitely will be the top reserve for the Celtics. Don't get me wrong the others can be strong contributors, but there is nothing the Celtics need more right now than a strong rebounder an a strong offensive rebounder especially is an asset that cannot be overestimated.

That is even more so with the sub par rebounding performance of Perk as of late. Starting to remind me of some other recent Celtic big men that had a few ginormous rebounding efforts early season then fizzled out into oblivion, i.e. Mark Blount ring a bell? Is Perks shoulder perhaps bothering him? Hope all is OK with Perk, but you gotta admit his strong scoring and rebounding numbers seen earlier in the year have disappeared. Pretty much being dominated by the better centers in the league.
