Vocational training at the high school level is typically a plan B focus because college is not an option.

Assessment tests shouldn't have any impact on if a student passes or not. Tests are not a true indicator of what the student has learned; there are a lot people who don't test well. Give the classroom back to the teachers so they can teach our children and not teach a test.
