Major business is conducted between major companies on the eastern sea board but not between Brisbane and regioanal centres in Queensland so more is lost by not communicating inter State but little would be lost between Brisbane and regional businesses. For example, four hours each day are lost between Brisbane and Sydney/Melbourne offices, at start of work - spilit by one hour, lunch time split by two hours (lunch time start in Syd/Meld and finiish by Queensland) and one hour at knock off. This is inefficient and costs businesses between Brisbane and Syd/Melb far more than between Brisbane and regional centres in Queensland.
