  I'm English and voted Germany. We class them as fierce rivals but you're supposed to truthfuly say who you think is going to win. Maybe a few months ago i could see England do it, i guess today we'll see if my prediction is nearly right :) But dammit if England prove me wrong, myself, and another 60 million people will be having a great day. Unless of course you were putting money down on Germany lol.

  Argentina is still my favorite & really fantastic team!
  But considering the magic (?) of "3964", this year German has the possibility.

  *Brazill* 1970+1994=3964, 1962+2002=3964
  *Argentina* 1978+1986=3964
  *Germany* 1974+1990=3964, 1954+2010=3964 (3964-2010=1954, 1954=Germany)

  I learned this by Seleção(Os Canarinhos)'s locker-room at Yokohama (Japan) where the final was held in 2002.
  I'm Japanese and I read an article.
  At 2002 Fifa Worlds (Korea/Japan), scribble of the calculation (equation) was on a wall of Brazilian Team's locker room.
  Someone found it after the final and it became some news in Japan! (but I didn't know that time.)
  Recently I read the article and I was really impressed by it. Awesome!!

  Must be DREAMING! You English have a bunch of thick headed millionaire players but not committed.Strive for an achievement and do'nt always think of the 1966era.Its either Argy, Bra or Espana NO WAY Eng because Walcot is not in. An Arsenal fan am i indeed!

  Dont know i wish argentina (my country) but it could be anyone, the greatest teams are not playing
  as we were expecting, sorry it seems not england or germany are going to win,
  Netherlands and portugal are playing ok too

  England do have an easy draw and after watching USA play against Australia i would say that USA are verging on being a very very poor side and if Algerias performance in recent televised games is anything to go by they are even worse,but having seen England play it is just as well they are in such a group .Cannot see them acheiving success as all they seem to have going for them is optimistic rhetoric

  I will wear my pant on my head to work if england wins the world cup. They always biased. Thinking they are the best in the world. Arrogant fools. Wayne is not the best in the world. England will have to wait till 2066 to win it again. 100 years.

  England all ways looks good on paper, but something always happens agianist them. I say Spain will go all the way, but never count England out they have all the talent. Also look out for Brazil and maybe Netherlands if they get their act together on defense.

  BESIDES THE FACT THAT THEY WORKED HARD FOR THE LAST 6YEARS & THAT THEY DESERVE TO WIN THE WC `10 SPAIN ARE THE MOST LIKELY TO GIVE ALL TIME WC FAVOURITES BRAZIL A REAL GAME & THAT MATTER BEAT THEM & GO AL THE WAY .

  Uruguay will be the big surprise in this World Cup. It will be easy to beat SA and MEX, the Frenchies might present a challenge.
