No, leave it as it is.

Muslims should not be able to buy alcohol while non-Muslims have to carry a liquor license to buy alcohol from liquor stores.

No, but it should only be available in 5* bars

Certainly not! Alcohol should be even more readily availble that it is now. We should be able to buy it from a regular supermarket.
