I like to name my horses after places that i've visited...
my one horse is Ntombisana (just Sana for barn name purposes) - means baby girl in Xhosa, which is from South Africa.
And my other girl's name is Swansea which is a place in Wales!
So i'm all about city names (hense i picked Jackson) but think if there is a city that is significant to you guys you should name him after that!
