How effective is the online appointment policy recently implemented by the Dept. of Zoning?

It is a brave new world. The wheels are well greased, we are able to effectively schedule and manage our own time.

Obtaining a stamp from Zoning is still slow and inefficiencient, but at least we don't have to wait at City Hall.

This is just a whole other bottleneck.
