Bikes are banned on the boardwalk from 10 am to 3 am in season (May1-Oct1). Do you believe that this rule is sufficiently enforced?

    I think its overkill - 10am to 3am? Are the boards that crowded that they can't be shared after let's say, 9pm? The 3am rule is ridiculous.
