Out of the four choices I selected Improved, Expanded Medicare for All, which has over 40% of the votes in mid-January 2012.
However, I would have much preferred to vote on Improved Medicare for All. I've wondered for years why we continue to have two adjectives when the word "improved" should be sufficient and when it's always best to have fewest number of characters possible.
