Financial cut-backs need to start at the top-not the bottom.
We NEED teachers in the classrooms--we do not NEED a superintendent for that kind of salary--even if she is bilingual (We don't need anyone bilingual either-criminal illegals & offspring of do not belong in our schools so that is of no concern-Plyler v. Doe Supreme Court says they can be and should expect to be arrested and deported--so do it now.)
How is it Steamboat Springs, one of the wealthiest resort areas in CO, can pay their school superintendent $150,000 and they don't need a bilingual one? What are they doing right that Eagle County is doing so obviously wrong?
