I live in the Midwest and we have finished basements that add much square footage to the home. The plan 42156 has a finished basement with two additional bedrooms down. The main elements of this home has many bells and whistles and the attention to detail is unsurpassed. I'm an empty nester and this plan is great. The Master suite and entertaining space is amazing. The larger kitchen lends itself to family gatherings and entertaining; lots of storage and separate prep from clean up islands. Great design.
I liked elements of both designs, but I need 3 bedroms.
