How often do the people patronizing your business expect you to "hook them up" by giving away your products and services for less than cost, or even free?

Never. They know that I expect to be paid a fair price for my goods/services.

Occasionally, maybe once or twice a year.

At least once a month.

At least once a week.

Almost daily.

Nearly all the time. It seems people only want to "support" my business if they don't have to pay.

I especially have this issue navigating family members' requests for hook-ups. Sometimes folks have projects with amazigng potential that are genuinely in need of assistance and, if they've proven that their mission and/or idea is well thought-out I'll usually work with what they have. However those who want free work performed on projects that are ill-conceived and lack vision I will not budge on.
