Yes, there are these things called 'qualia'. They may help with the representing, but they can also be appreciated in their own right.
No way. Once you've fixed the representational details of a perceptual experience, you've got the phenomenology for free.
Well...strictly speaking there's just the content. But there is, I suppose, also the matter of the mode in which the content is presented, perceptual vs. cognitive, visual vs. haptic and so on.
