Bad. There’s not enough flexibility for businesses to personalize special offers.

Good. It’s all about getting people in the door. Once you do that the rest is up to you to get them to come back.

It depends. Certain businesses should avoid Groupon due to the possibility of overselling their deal thus overburdening themselves.

It’s all about the consumer. What’s good for consumers in a rough economy takes precedence.

I don’t know. I’ve never tried Groupon before.
