When it's this hot out, this is how I change my routine:

I don't go shopping as much.

I stay in rather than going out to have fun.

I get to work a little later than usual.

I leave work a little earlier than usual.

I do less work than normal even though I'm there all day.

I take a day off and head to the beach, pool or anywhere to cool off.

I skip the gym or working out.
