I for one am sick and tired of churches trying to become more "relevant" and reacting to the culture. It needs to be the other way around, the churches and people in them need to be "salt and light" and shape, rather than react to, the broader culture. Too many sermons today sound like a pep talk or motivational speech rather than conveying the word of God.

The institutional, traditional, "Americanized Church" has become an absurdity & an atrosity which insults the integrity of Jesus!
