We have plumped for the last Wednesday as it provides consistency, making it easier for people to remember when it is. It also means we can use the same venue each month - which also makes life easier for everyone. We know that whenever we organise it there will be some people who cannot come but think that it is better to do it this way than to be searching for available and free-of-charge venues every month and then publicising these. Our time in organising DSMC is limited. If you want to organise venues please get in touch with me.
Might be nice to vary day of the week for meetings - Wednesday is a total no-no fo me apart from the very odd occasion - perhaps one month could be Monday- then Tuesday etc (don't include Fridays though)
