How to specify alignment of blocks

malloc2() and realloc2() should have separate alignment parameters and realloc2() can be used to change a block's alignment.

aligned_alloc() and aligned_realloc() should be exclusively used with aligned blocks. realloc() keeps the existing alignment of a block.

malloc2() and realloc2() should NOT have separate alignment parameters and should instead bundle alignment into the flags parameter via a macro.

Alignment of blocks should not be standardised and left up to proprietary implementations.
