Well I have very different feeling regarding this spot fixing issue, I think Pakistani government and cricket board are not defending their team as they should, rather defending they are putting unnecessary pressure on cricket, govt and pcb are scared bcoz if they do so they think, they will not be able to get any more loan from the world. Remember hensie croniey of south Africa team I mean captain was caught in money taking from Indian bookie, south Africa govt said to Indian govt that we will deal our self with issue and they got him back in their country and they charged him. On the other side Pakistani govt, pcb and specially media they all thinking team is corrupt, when they win they are hero otherwise they r zero. Ijaz Butt is a disgrace and a fool. I agree with Botham, Pakistan must serve a ban from international cricket. It is one thing for the players to be under scrutiny but frankly the PCB is run by an idiot who is not worthy of his position.
The PCB should hang their heads in shame and Mr Butt should be dismissed immediately and sued in the courts for defamation. The evidence is there for all to see regarding the Pakistani players who are involved in cheating in order to make monetary gain for themselves. These players and now the president of the PCB bring shame on themselves and their country. They also tarnish the game worldwide.
