Genetics are a factor but our lifestyle can either hinder or intensify particular characteristics.
Hi Richard!
We cannot change our genetic make up and certain diseases can still develop even at peak health. Although even though the percentage is minute you can reverse and or prevent health problems such as diabetes and obesity through lean diet and consistant exercise. If there are any health problems that one can prevent through exercise these two would be most likely to be prevented.
