On a Scale Of 1-10 How Do You Rate Your Self Control Around Food?
1-4- I have almost no control over my eating habits- if I see or think of foods I like, I have to have it!
4-6- I have some stuggles but am able on occasion to rise about my cravings.
6-8- I am very disciplined but I do slip once in blue moon.
9-10- I am completely iron-willed. I almost never succumb to any cravings for foods I shouldn't eat!
