agree wid zaidan, wat we know is Black Day general being observed against something happen on a specific day by the course of a human forces.

dear zaidan , wat an understanding u hv, how cum one can protest against the nature, it ws ofcourse a protest against the ill will attitude of th govt to over come th misrease of th affected people. so i think it is a justified protest and justified to observe th day as black day.

Indeed we can protest with the Govt. to enhance its efforts to minimize the difficulties of the people...

It was a natural disaster, no any human is directly responsible for this incident. Of course we, people living there may had been forget to thank God for everything graced by him. So, no reason in my opinion to protest against nature in such a way... God forbidden... in case we shall have to face a worsen situation compare to now... we cant do anything to revoke it. ... B+
