What keeps you from shopping at local businesses?

I do a lot of online shopping because I am disabled, but I like to shop locally and promote shopping locally. The idea that this is OUR community and it is what we make it resounds with me.....I have lived here for 30 years and seen family owned businesses close up and that has made me sad......everyone likes to pay the least amount but supporting local business is what makes a community strong. Encouraging a bright future for our community requires us to speak out positively and counter the negativity that is out there.
Thank you, RelyLocal and Alyssa for working so hard to make things happen!

Why I don't shop in the Desert?? Where do I begin...

Dirty people. Rude people. Thieves. Crime. Poor quality stores. High prices.

The Victor Valley has become a cesspool and unfortunately will only continue to get worse.

You drive 20-30 minutes down the road to the Rancho Cucamonga area and shops are cleaner, people are more friendly(and the majority speaks English), better deals, cleaner, better stocked stores and a general atmosphere that is much more pleasant.
