Have government and industry groups struck the right balance in marketing to kids?

Yes. Kids are able to deal with the sensitive marketing around them.

No. The best kids advertising is no kids advertising. Just listen to Alex Bogusky and ban it all.

Way overboard. You can’t even show a kids’ burger in an ad without your client asking if it’s too controversial.

Please include at least a mention if not a review of the regional differences in regulations for kids' advertising. More precisely, the regulations in Quebec are excellent. I am glad, that when my children (ages 4 & 6) watch tv in QC, they are not bombarded with commercials.
