  • The art and humor are both moving along nicely, particularly the humor.

I think really like Sardtok, I ´ve voted 8, maybe because it´s fresher in my mind. But overall it´s gotten better, you are still trying to tell the story, but added a lot more humor, wich is what I usually prefer. And the tweaks to the characters costumes really paid off, at first is difficult to get adjusted but now you check previous episodes and notice the improvement.

I picked 4-5. It just felt to me like the only time John might actually be in danger. The other times he's been in danger, I've felt he was, but there was always the "he's the main character. He'll get through it." thing in my head. With John getting sick, I got to see other characters kinda take a more primary role, and John became secondary, leading me to actually question how permanent his life was in the story.

    Hope I'm explaining that right.

#8 You really hit a good stride. Your illustration and pacing has come a long way.

7 was my pick, I just think it was some of your best work. The story was good and things didn't drag.

I like the puns in Episode 8. The Baro are completely ridiculous, which makes for a lot of light-hearted, yet morbid, fun. It might also be that it is very fresh in mind, compared to a couple of the other episodes, but I prefer the humour in the first few episodes and the last couple of episodes better than the drama in episodes 4-6.
The art of the last two episodes is really nice too. It's gotten a lot cleaner, although Episode 9 has had a few additional brush-ups, things were already getting a lot more polished in 7-8.

I liked #8 because I loved the brainy dudes' aesthetics. Their world, their ships, their vessels... and that absolutely alternate culture based on assured renewal and collective experiences.

But, oh the drama of an individual alien acting all humane! X-D
