The poll answers are not going to make it easy for the City to get a good grade. I expect the City to do a great job on the snow routes and they do. Brine is out a day before any storm, the next morning the major streets are safe and secondary routes are usually plowed as well.
I recently had to pick someone up in South County 24hrs after a snow storm and the roads were horrible. Add to that the grades and posted speed limits and it was dangerous. At least in the City you're never more than a few blocks from a plowed street.
