Saw this and was looking at it. The front bumper is off, kind of belying the no collision claim.
THe 400i is a cruiser, but not much in terms of power or fun. For that amount of coin you can get into a 308GT with proper maintenance records and style and performance that will be something you wnt to drive
Buying that car right now, you would be at least another $12K from getting it back into shape mechanically and visually
