I wouldn't. He's a lost cause.

Rosenfield made the right move. If Sheen doesn’t think he has a problem, he's probably beyond the help of a publicist.

Convince Sheen to appear on Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew. It's free publicity and rehab rolled into one!

Advise him to issue an apology and make amends with CBS executives.

Have Sheen lay low until another celebrity falls off the rails.
