I have to put no in but we are working on changing this. Missionary care is such an important piece of what we can do as the local church to see our missionaries supported well and effective. We need to pray, touch them with phone calls and emails, welcome them when a missionary returns, make the resources available for them to rest and heal as they prepare to go out again. We are positioned as a church with a sending attitude, but have to figure out how to care well for those who go out.
