I think Richard is extremely talented. His food is artistic and flavorful. Yes, its good to have the food LOOK GOOD! Hence, artistry is important. Something can taste fabulous but look completely unappetizing on the plate; few will be willing to ty it. Now lets talk taste and flavor!
