Who should handle the voting for MVP?

The players. There's nothing like a jury of your peers.

The media. No one watches more basketball than the writers, bloggers and broadcasters that cover the league for a living.

The coaches. Who better to make this assessment than the men who call the shots?

The fans. They choose the All-Star starters. Why not the MVP, too?

The front office staffs. They have insights and perspectives that few people have with all the access and information they have.

it has to stay the way it is.... they all ready did the players and that did not work... they would pass the ballot to their friends and would not even care about who was voted, and the league had a hard time collecting the ballots on time from the players...and if the fans do it it will become a favoritism/ popularity contest.... it s perfect the way it is!!!

the fans vote for justin beaver for all star mvp even when he's team loss..

if the fans vote for mvp, yao ming will be mvp every year... even when he's retired.
