Many people have have *never* actually been to a church that sticks to the detailed instructions given in the bible! (1 Corinthians 11-14).
Chapter 14 especially details the orderly use of the gifts of the Spirit, and all members are encouraged to seek to be used.
Some will say that Paul was only talking to a particular church at a particular time.
Do you buy that argument?
I believe the apostles were teaching the same doctrine in all churches, so creating unity.

Personal testimony
(Hymn & communion, Sundays only)
2 or 3 gifts of tongues, each with interpretation
2 or 3 prophecies
Elucidation of God's will for people today (words of wisdom and knowledge)
Prayer for needs
Close & fellowship.
