They are already taxing our healthcare system. Insurance rates are going through the roof, hospital room prices are going up along with education tuition and fees. When do our stupid government and politicians WAKE UP. Yea, Obama now has higher ratings because we got Osama, big deal. He hasn't done a thing about the border, lowered gas prices, found more jobs or anything else for that matter except spend, spend, spend. Mr. Obama you better take a good look at whats going on in other countries before we all revolt here. Yes I said "MR" Obama because you suck as a president.

Un documented is a politicaly correct term, where the correct term is illegal alien. It does not matter which country an illegal alien came from they broke the law. It does not matter if the parents brought children here illegally they still broke the law. You can not triage the law, if you are here illegally and are caught you should be deported plain and simple. Oh and for the children that came here illegally, once they turn 18 they are considered an adult, at that point they should apply for resident alien status, if they are turned down and deported, that is the reprecussion for breaking the law in the first place. And applying for college, I do not care what studies have shown, if one legal alien is dissplaced from the opportunity to attend a college because an illegal alien was granted that spot, that is one to many, and should never happen. It time to quit looking the other way to avoid confrontation and enforce the law....

While I agree that if they are here illegally, we need to just ship them back to where they came from, if they were born here in the US they are citizens. Still, I would think them paying out of state tuition would be fair considering that they have been exsisting off my tax dollars for years!

This is a NO BRAINER! Why shouldn't they have to pay out of state tuition? American students from other states have to pay extra. Stop catering to law breakers.
