Perhaps a local Lawyer would volunteer pro bono to handle this matter. Don Beekman ? Richard Hogan ? Tom Catley ? David Shotwell ? Etc.

Although this would be a large burden financially, if they are sued they will be forced to respond.Unfortunately,the money would be better spent educating children. They should surely countersue. Hopefully,a court will find that this lawsuit has no merit and will award the Bd.of Ed it's legal fees.
