    For some time they used the elderly to see how long they could keep them going, 80+ yrs receiving pace makers, etc.. Now the boot is on the other foot, they are hard pressed to even bother with them. I would love to see the lists of the Elderly who have had treatment. Actuallu until they see a consultant, they don't get on a list for anything! Shame on our Country! Whether in Hospital, in Residential care or even at home, they are now seen as an expense nobody really cares about them. They have become a commodity to private finance, 'Profit's before people, if that fails (which it already has), maybe they would like to introduce, 'Logan's Run' in the UK for people over a certain age! :((
