I have never been so P..offed at a verdict. Do you know how many people go to jail for less than this..and yes there are innocent people in jail!!! There was no baby found in the dingo case and MOM got life...and she called the police right away....come on...the jury were asses and I am with you, if I was on that jury, it would have been guilty or hung jury!!! It's gross negligence to put your baby in a bag and throw it to rot in the woods...maybe she was wasnt dead, just sleeping...GUILTY..... And I don't care if her father was banging her, so what...had nothing to do with her lousy mothering...

There's a difference between reasonable doubt and no doubt. There might be .00001% chance that it was an accident, but to me that is NOT REASONABLE DOUBT. The verdict was b.s.--IF IT SMELLS LIKE SHIT, LOOKS LIKE SHIT, TASTES LIKE SHIT, AND IS IN THE TOILET--GUESS WHAT???IT'S SHIT..THE BITCH IS GUILTY AND I'M 99.99% SURE AND THAT IS ENOUGH FOR THE NEEDLE IN MY OPINION.

they showd proof of negligence. thats enough for something, now to walk on ALL counts, thats just BS

The only reason I agred with the verdict was they had a very weak case. She's definatly guilty.

Reasonable doubt was there, unfortunately. That's how people like Joran Van Der Sloot, O.J. and now Casey Anthony get away with murder..

With what was put forth in the case you have to agree with the verdict. Beyond a reasonable doubt is the system in place. With that being said, I believe she killed her kid.

Just like O.J. everyone knows she is guilty. Problem is, there is doubt there. She lied to police. Made up stories about her whereabouts. Problem is, the prosecution failed to prove that a murder took place. We all THINK it happened with chloroform and duct tape. Her stupid mother, says she performed all of the searches on the computer. That being said, without proof of a murder, how can you convict someone of murder? Yes, I know, we all BELIEVE that, that POS killed her kid. There is reasonable doubt though, based on the evidence that the prosecution presented. Our judicial system is beyond flawed.

Rob- I think you are missing the point...Any reasonable person should be able to connect the dots..the bitch lied how many times to police???, made numerous false claims, didn't report her child missing for 31 days, driving a car in which the trunk smelled like death and decomp, and in every single jailhouse conversation, no mention was made of some "accidental drowning or accident whatsoever. Do you need a video of the murder, or can't you connect the dots like 90% of America? The law says you that you have to have reasonable doubt in order to acquit---this was cetainly NOT REASONABLE DOUBT! I have some land to sell you down here in Florida..lol

I cant believe how many people are missing the point. I voted that I agree with the jury, only because the prosecution failed. Imagine if you are accused of a crime you didnt commit, and all the prosecuter had to do was show circumstantial evidence. You could face the electric chair. Reasonable doubt prevents that, and it was once the norm in America. I fully believe Casey Anthony killed Caylee. It is the job of our state prosecutor to prove it, and he failed. He should be fired. The jury was hounded about reasonable doubt by the judge, and in my opinion that tactic swayed them from the start, led to her acquittal, and borders on coersion. Now that she was acquitted, she can go in the street and sing the Manson parody song and no one can touch her. Maybe the judge should step off his liberal agenda and let justice prevail once in a while.

Anyone saying that people who agree with the jury is a moron in this case. The evidence was not presented properly, and some pretty damning evidence wasnt even pursued by the State. Lets focus on that fail a little more, and hopefully prevent a serial killer from walking.

Seems that the Jury had an overall dull IQ. If 'it made them sick to their stomachs' to have to deliver an acquittal, yet in their heart they knew that she was guilty of something, they should have conferred with the Judge, and delivered a 'hung jury'. This would have given the State the option of re-tooling the charges, then re-trying her. I would guarantee a necessary conviction as such. So, what do we have now? A white-trash OJ (Manson bait) with the sleazy media willing to shower her with gifts of interview money and offers for porno. Let the next nauseating TMZ chapter begin.
